I help midlife professionals get unstuck in their careers, earn what they’re worth, and feel like themselves again.

What began as a fun challenge became a lasting passion- helping others lead with balance, purpose, and confidence.

Through my own experiences, I learned that people are more than their titles and often worth far more than they realize.

I also discovered that structure, the same kind that guided those early challenges, can create lasting, meaningful change in everyday life.

Over time, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals, nurses, and leaders rediscover what flow feels like - when career and wellness move together.
