Meet Ayanna Selvey, RN, MBA

From Leader to Coach

Ayanna Selvey, RN, MBA helps healthcare professionals turn real experience into real opportunity. She’s worked in hospitals and surgery centers, holds RN licenses in two different states, and brings experience as both a staff nurse and a nurse leader.

Ayanna personally traveled from one state as a staff nurse and leapt to another as a nurse leader, after being told by recruiters it wasn’t possible. That journey shaped her belief: when you focus on building value through your skillset, career growth is possible, and Ayanna can be your support through career transitions.

She’s worked directly with nurses, techs, SPD staff, and front office professionals, coaching, mentoring, interviewing, and reviewing hundreds of healthcare resumes. She’s also heard the biggest complaints about healthcare staffing and performance, and understands what companies are truly looking for when they decide who gets the interview.
