SFTL LLC – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, programs, webinars, digital resources, and other offerings provided by SFTL LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing, registering for, or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

SFTL LLC provides coaching services, including career and wellness coaching, and related resources (“Services”). You agree to use our websites and Services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We may update or modify our Services at any time, including adding or removing features, content, or offerings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Educational and Coaching Disclaimer Eligibility

Our Services are provided for coaching, informational, and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, including employment, promotions, salary increases, income, health outcomes, or personal outcomes.

Career coaching does not replace professional advice from licensed career counselors, recruiters, or legal professionals.

Wellness coaching is not medical care. We are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

If you purchase a product, service, or program, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or in a separate written agreement.

If a refund policy applies to a specific offer, it will be stated at the time of purchase and will control for that purchase.

Digital Products and Access

Digital products (including templates, guides, trainings, and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can receive our emails.

Access to webinars, digital content, communities, and coaching services may be limited by time, availability, or the terms of the specific offer.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows (Coaching Sessions)

If coaching sessions are included in your purchase, scheduling instructions will be provided. You are responsible for booking your session(s) within any time limits stated in your offer.

If you miss a session (“no-show”) or cancel with insufficient notice, your session may be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary due to availability, technical issues, or emergencies.

Community Guidelines (If Applicable)

If you participate in any community space, group, or program we provide, you agree to communicate respectfully and follow our community guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services (including videos, trainings, worksheets, templates, and written materials) is owned by SFTL LLC or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content
• Share login access or purchased materials with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

You may use purchased materials for personal use only.

User Content and Testimonials

If you submit content, feedback, testimonials, or other materials to us, you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and business purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

You represent that any content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms to deliver our Services (including webinar platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, email providers, and analytics tools). Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, interruptions, or platform changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFTL LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SFTL LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination Indemnification

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or acted in a way that harms our business or community.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
